Itโ€™s okay to feel sad when sad things happen. << This is something I've been telling hubby lately as we process his dad's death.

I think it's not only okay, but important, to feel sad when really tragic things happen, like death. Wishing you both strength and resilience to meet this time you've been given.

Or several long naps! We need a lot more sleep while we're healing, and it doesn't seem to matter whether that healing is physical or emotional.
